All sales are final. Our pieces are constructed with the best of care using quality products. If any necessary first time repair is required within three months purchase from us, it will be repaired free of charge with the exception of shipping cost to us. Any defects in the craftsmanship is very rare, but could occur. The jewelry pieces are all handcrafted, therefore the fabrication may not always be viewed as commercially perfect. This does not alter the charm or beauty of the piece in any way: it is simply a stamp of authentic handcrafted work.
We do not do appraisals of any kind.
